Submit to Conference Proceedings (EI)
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICBEMD 2026 will be published in SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X), and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.

IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics (ISSN: 2168-2194) is a peer-reviewed journal publishing advances in biomedical and health informatics, where information technologies intersect with healthcare and life sciences. It is indexed in SCIE, Scopus, and MEDLINE, with a 2023 Impact Factor of 6.7.
